Travel Relations LLC ("TR") and Virtual RoadShows  (VRS) publishes this Privacy Policy & Terms to inform you of our practices concerning the collection and use of information you provide us through interactions with this website.

INFORMATION GATHERED

Virtual RoadShows  (VRS) is an Online Travel Event 
By registering to attend and entering your contact information, you are opting into the VRS and TR contact database. Your detailed profile information will allow VRS to offer you more relevant information and leads based on "who you are", "what you sell" and "what your interests are".

By registering to attend, you are opting into our Partner/Exhibitor contact database. All of your registered data will be passed to the Partner/Exhibitor, along with your analytics of who you spoke with and what you downloaded while in their booth.

TR/VRS will be compliant with the rules set by the United States CAN-SPAM Act, the Canadian Anti-Spam Laws (CASL) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All communications will have an Opt-Out displayed at the bottom of every email. Any complaints of malfeasance by TR/VRS, should be directed to TR/VRS by emailing support@travelrelations.com

Our Partner/Exhibitor who obtained your information, pledge to be compliant with the rules set by the United States CAN-SPAM Act, the Canadian Anti-Spam Laws (CASL) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any complaints of malfeasance by a Partner Exhibitor, should be directed to the Partner Exhibitor.

TR/VRS collects contact data information in a variety of ways;

  • When you register with VRS on this website.

  • If your information is in our database and displayed for you on this website, it is because you have had some interaction with us or our  previously. Examples of how your original contact information found its way to our database: Past VRS, training/rewards programs we manage for Suppliers, webinars/seminars we manage for Suppliers, taREWARDS.com, InsiderTravelReport.com, managing for Suppliers their Travel Agent database via our CRM product called taCONNECT. 
      

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you elect to provide us personal information, we use it primarily to deliver the service you requested. TR/VRS may use personal information in a variety of ways including the following:

  • TR/VRS may use personal information collected through its website to send out targeted email promotions on behalf of its advertisers and industry partners.
     
  • TR/VRS may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies in order to better deliver products and services that may be of interest and benefit to you.
     
  • TR/VRS offers numerous products and services and therefore numerous email and promotion lists. In an effort to allow users to tailor their participation in TR/VRS services and promotions, TR/VRS provides users the ability to choose specific lists or products of interest and opt-out options are product and use/list specific. All email promotions sent from TR/VRS provide an opt-out link at the bottom of the email pursuant to which users can opt-out of specific products and promotions.
