taRewards.com Supplier Monthly Reward Sweepstakes 
By selecting a reward and entering your information, you are opting into the reward sponsor's travel agent database. Your detailed profile information will allow the reward sponsor to offer you more relevant information/rewards/incentives/specials based on "who you are" and "what you sell". This will REDUCE general SPAM and non-relevant messages from our Partner travel companies and destinations.

taRewards.com Supplier Reward Program 
By opting into a Supplier Reward Program and entering your information, you are opting into the Supplier's database. All reported booking data you enter for "Rewards" offered in the Supplier Reward Program also become property to the Supplier of the Reward Program you opted into. This information will be used by the Supplier to deliver you Rewards and special promotional privileges.

Travel Relations LLC ("TR") publishes this Privacy Policy & Terms to inform you of our practices concerning the collection and use of information you provide us through interactions with this website. It also informs you of the practice in which we manage our Partner Supplier and Destinations Travel Agent databases. This policy and terms of use is not applicable to information gathered by other methods or controlled by other agreements.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
TR collects Travel Agent contact data information in a variety of ways;

1. When you register with TR on this website, when you subscribe to TR services through this website, when you use TR products or services via the website, when you enter Internet-based Rewards, Promotions or Sweepstakes sponsored or administered by TR and its Partners.
    
2. TR also manages and updates Partner Supplier and Destination Travel Agent databases. If your information is on their database, you had previously entered and accepted the Privacy Policy of that party at that time. Examples of how your contact data found its way to our Partner Supplier and Destination database: trade shows, training/rewards programs, webinars/seminars, trade advertising, selling their service, working with their BDMs, etc.
    
   TR organizes and updates the contact data we collect from our Partner Suppliers and Destinations. Some of this contact data may be displayed for you to review and update on this website. This is simply an added value service provided to expedite the online data collection process. Once you update your contact data, we pass the updates to our Partner Supplier and Destination ONLY IF you ALREADY EXIST on the Supplier/Destination Travel Agent database.
    
3. Each time you "select to enter" to win a Supplier/Destination Reward and you "confirm your contact data", you opt-in to the Supplier/Destination Travel Agent database. At any time you have the option to remove yourself by contacting the Supplier/Destination directly or by emailing support@travelrelations.com

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you elect to provide us personal information, we use it primarily to deliver the service you requested. TR may use personal information in a variety of ways including the following:

• TR may use personal information collected through its website to send out targeted email promotions on behalf of its advertisers and industry partners.
   
• TR may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies in order to better deliver products and services that may be of interest and benefit to you.
   
• TR may use personal information to send notification of TR's or our partners' products and services by such methods as email and/or postal mail.
   
• If you participate in a TR educational program or other time-sensitive programs, we use personal information to contact you to remind you of upcoming deadlines or additional information concerning these programs.
   
• TR offers numerous products and services and therefore numerous email and promotion lists. In an effort to allow users to tailor their participation in TR services and promotions, TR provides users the ability to choose specific lists or products of interest and opt-out options are product and use/list specific. All email promotions sent from TR provide an opt-out link at the bottom of the email pursuant to which users can opt-out of specific products and promotions. If you receive one of these emails and wish to unsubscribe please follow the instructions given in each email or contact support@travelrelations.com.

From time to time we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our Privacy Policy. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our website.

SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

In general, TR does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

• We may provide personal information about our users to trusted partners and vendors who work on behalf of or with TR under confidentiality and similar agreements prohibiting such parties' further use of the information.
