COUPLES RESORTS Rewards Program Details:  

Participation in the COUPLES RESORTS Rewards program is open to U.S. and Canadian travel agencies and travel advisors.

CA$H & FAM Rewards: On bookings made directly with the Couples Resorts reservation system, we will reward you $10 per Resort room night when the booking is confirmed after check-out. We will also reward you a free FAM room night for every 7 confirmed room nights!

FAM Rewards: On bookings made through any Tour Operator, you can manually submit a booking that was made through any Tour Operator to reflect each overnight stay. We will reward you a free FAM room night for every 7 confirmed room nights!

By opting into COUPLES RESORTS Reward Program and entering your information, you are opting into COUPLES RESORTS database. All reported booking data you enter for "Rewards" offered in the COUPLES RESORTS Reward Program also becomes property of the COUPLES RESORTS. This information will be used to deliver you rewards and special promotional privileges. All eligible benefits and rewards for travel partners are directed and distributed at the discretion of the Agency Owners/Managers
 
AGENT REWARDS OVERVIEW
Once you have set-up an account at www.MyCouplesRewards.com and login, you will see your REWARDS DASHBOARD.

• COUPLES DIRECT BOOKINGS = CA$H & FAMS: Bookings made directly with Couples Resorts reservation system will automatically appear in your Rewards account in the PENDING BOOKING section. We will reward you $10 per Resort room night when the booking is confirmed after check-out. We will also reward you a free FAM room night for every 7 confirmed room nights!
   
• TOUR OPERATOR BOOKINGS = FAMs: Manually submit a booking at www.MyCouplesRewards.com that was made through any Tour Operator to reflect each overnight stay. These submitted bookings also will appear in your Rewards account in the PENDING BOOKING section. We will reward you a free FAM room night for every 7 confirmed room nights!
  • ADD BOOKING-CONFIRMATION IMAGE: When you report a Tour Operator booking, you should try to upload a screen shoot or photo of the confirmation booking. Take a photo with your phone or take a screen shot of the confirmation on your computer or picture of a printed copy. It doesn't need to be perfect, just legible. By submitting a confirmation image of the booking, you will expedite the validation process. Reported bookings will be reviewed for validation after check-out.
     
• PENDING BOOKINGS / CA$H PENDING: All Bookings entered (automatically or manually) are in PENDING BOOKING status until after check-out and the COUPLES RESORTS booked has validated the booking.

  Once validated, the booking moves from PENDING BOOKING to CONFIRMED BOOKING and your reward CASH PENDING on the confirmed Couples Direct Booking is moved to your CA$H REWARDED account with the status PENDING PAYMENT.

• CONFIRMED BOOKINGS / CA$H REWARDED / FAMs REWARDED:
  
  DIRECT BOOKINGS will be rewarded $10 per reported Resort room night after the booking is confirmed, after check-out. You will also be rewarded with 1 FAM night for every 7 nights confirmed. (see details below)
  
  TOUR OPERATOR BOOKINGS can be through any tour operator and will be rewarded 1 FAM night for every 7 nights confirmed. (see details below)
  
  CA$H earned on CONFIRMED DIRECT BOOKINGS are displayed in CA$H REWARDED. A reported booking will be confirmed or rejected after check-out. Once your reported booking is confirmed or rejected after check-out, you will receive an email notification.
  
  Processing the PENDING PAYMENT in CA$H REWARDED on the CONFIRMED DIRECT BOOKINGS may take up to 45 days. Once processed the status in CONFIRMED BOOKINGS and CA$H REWARDED will change from PENDING PAYMENT to PAID. When this status update has changed you will receive the CA$H REWARD via E-CHECK email.
   
• CASH REWARDED on Couples DIRECT BOOKINGS:
  COUPLES RESORTS rewards via E-CHECK.  An e-Check is simply an electronic version of a paper check that will need to be printed and presented in the same manner as a paper check. The only difference is that you retrieve it via email instead of through the post. Here’s how it works:
  
  1. You will receive an email notification each time we send you a payment
  2. Click on the link in the email and download the e-Check PDF
  3. Print the check using any printer
  4. Endorse and deposit as you would any paper check
      
     
• CONFIRMED BOOKINGS / FAM NIGHTS:
  For every 7 confirmed room nights you will also earn a free room night for yourself as well. FAM nights are rewarded on DIRECT and TOUR OPERATOR BOOKINGS!

  Your FAM room nights accumulate as your Bookings are confirmed after check-out.

  TO REDEEM FAM NIGHTS: Go to MY FAMS and select a Resort and desired arrival/departure date. An email will be sent to a Resort representative for processing, and they will communicate directly with you to make the arrangement or make an alternative arrangement if not available.

• FAM NIGHT REDEMPTION POLICY:

  Apr 1 – Jul 31	30 days prior to arrival
  Aug 1 – Dec 24	60 days prior to arrival
  Dec 25 – Mar 31	N/A for free night redemption

  • Minimum of 3 nights / maximum of 7 nights
  • Maximum of 14 free nights per calendar year may be used
  • Multiple simultaneous stay requests from an individual agency will not be approved
  • Consecutive seven night reservations for multiple resorts are NOT allowed
  • Free nights can only be requested within the parameters listed above. Any requests made outside of these parameters will be denied and request will need to be resubmitted following guidelines.
  • Name changes upon arrival are NOT allowed
  • Free nights are NOT available on Major US and Jamaican holidays
  • Additional blackout dates may apply
  • Booking confirmation from Couples Resorts must be received prior to the purchase of airline tickets.
  • Free nights expire fifteen (15) months (456 days) after guests’ departure date is confirmed
  • FAM Night have no cash value

• PAYMENTS/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FAM NIGHTS:
   
  • Confirmed free night accommodations are subject to a $75 non-refundable processing fee per resort due at time of booking
  • Confirmed free night accommodations are subject to the Jamaican government tax of $4.00 per room/per night, due at the time of booking.
  • Changes to a confirmed booking will incur a $75 fee (Platinum agencies are exempt)
  • Fees are due at time of booking and may be paid by credit or agency check
  • Cancellations up to 8 days prior to arrival – will be credited back to account and original expiration dates will apply
  • Cancellations 7 days up to arrival – will NOT be credited back to account
     
• REJECTED BOOKING: If your Pending Booking is rejected, you will receive an email notice. Rejected bookings are found on your dashboard in the "REJECTED BOOKINGS" section. Click the "NOTE" icon on the left to see the reason. You have 2x chances to correct a rejected booking and resubmit so please try to resubmit your booking accurately.
   
• CONFIRMED / REJECTED EMAIL ALERT: You will receive an email notice when a Pending Booking changes status to Confirmed or Rejected bookings.
